轉換正式版投資移民(SIRV)簽證

完成股票購買以後，需要向證卷商申請三分文件

1. 股票購買收據：這份文件會來自證卷商，一般會有一張invoice，有關買多少股票的資料，另一張是receipt，購買股票會有手續費的收據。Certified true copy (by the stock broker) of official receipts and buy invoice.
2. 投資證明：這份文件來自於證卷商，證卷商會寫一份文件表示某人在這家公司購買總值多少的股票，此文件需要公證。Sworn Certification from stockbroker that the SIRV holder is a stock holder on record of the company where the investment was made and indicating the purchase price of the stocks
3. 股票持有憑證：這份文件來自於股票標的，例如如果購買了電力公司，是由電力公司出具你是該公司的股東，具有幾股的證明，此份文件永久有效。Certified true copy of the Stock Certificate issued in the name of the SIRV holder

股票持有憑證會是一個漫長的等待，第一次不會要求完成這份文件，BOI會先給一個一年的SIRV正式版

另外自行準備

1. 六個月以上的NBI無犯罪證明。Current NBI Clearance (valid for at least 6 months)
2. BI在簽證轉換後會提供一張文件的影本與收據。Copy of Bureau of Immigration Order for Probationary SIRV
3. 護照影本、最後入境章與SIRV蓋章頁面。Photocopy of passport (front page, latest entry, SIRV stamp)

執行流程：

1. 填寫Conversion to Indefinite SIRV Checklist，主要是右上角簽名與SIRV control number
2. 將上述文件影印兩份至BOI送件，checklist上會有一份描述(2 copies each; to present original documents for comparison)，需要攜帶原件提供核對
3. BOI確認內容後會提供一張2,000PHP的繳費單，如同一般的流程完成繳費送件
4. 7個工作天後至BOI領取endorsement to BI
5. BI繳費1,010PHP後將收據影印2份，返回BOI繳交收據與護照
6. SIRV送件，約莫三週後可以取得正式版SIRV
